Every Jayn puukko is meticulously crafted, from the initial design to the final, finished utility tool. Every step is done by hand, respecting high-quality materials and traditional working methods.
Design
Every project begins by defining the intended use and mapping out the customer's wishes.
Blade making
The blade is shaped, forged, cut, and crafted by hand.
FINISHING
The blade is carefully ground and finished.
HANDLE & SHEATH
The wood, horn, leather and other components are crafted individually, listening closely to the customer's wishes.
FINISHED WORK
The completed puukko is ready for active use or a collection.
